ह्रीं श्रीं क्लीं मेधा प्रभा जीवन ज्योति प्रचण्ड । शान्ति कान्ति जागृत प्रगति रचना शक्ति अखण्ड ॥ १॥
O Maa Gayatri, you are benevolent like Shiva, so take away my sorrows, you are the one who removes all the poverty of the world, O Maa, remove my poverty, O Maa, you are Yogmaya, so relieve me of my troubles. O Maa, the light of knowledge in life can burn only by your grace. You are the peace, you are the radiance in life, you are the unbroken power of change, awakening, development and creativity.
हे मां गायत्री आप शिव की तरह कल्याणकारी हैं इसलिए मेरे दुखों का हरण करें, आप ही संसार की समस्त दरिद्रता को दूर करने वाली हैं, हे मां मेरी दरिद्रता को दूर करें, हे मां आप ही योगमाया हैं इसलिए मेरे कष्टों का निवारण करें । हे मां जीवन में ज्ञान रुपी ज्योति आपकी कृपा से ही जल सकती है । आप ही शांति हैं, आप से ही जीवन में रौनक है, आप ही परिवर्तन, जागरण, विकास व रचनात्मकता की अखंड शक्ति हैं ।

जगत जननी मङ्गल करनिं गायत्री सुखधाम । प्रणवों सावित्री स्वधा स्वाहा पूरन काम ॥ २॥
O Maa Gayatri, you are the holy place of happiness, you are benevolent and you are also the mother of this world. Your remembrance, your meditation, your chanting is done like Om for the worship of God and by chanting your name all the works are completed and all the obstacles are destroyed.
हे मां गायत्री आप सुखों का पवित्र स्थल हैं, आप कल्याणकारी हैं व इस संसार की जननी भी आप ही हैं । आपका स्मरण, आपका ध्यान, आपका जाप ॐ की तरह ईश्वर की साधना के लिए किया जाता है व आपके जाप से सारे काम पूर्ण होते हैं और विघ्नों का नाश हो जाता है ।

भूर्भुवः स्वः ॐ युत जननी । गायत्री नित कलिमल दहनी ॥ ३॥
O Mother Gayatri, who is the life force, who destroys pain and who is the form of happiness, along with God you are the mother of the three worlds. O Mother Gayatri, you destroy sins in this Kaliyug.
हे प्राणस्वरुप दुखनाशक सुख स्वरुप गायत्री मां परमात्मा के साथ मिलकर तीनों लोकों की जननी आप ही हैं । हे गायत्री मां आप इस कलियुग में पापों का दलन करती हैं ।

अक्षर चौविस परम पुनीता । इनमें बसें शास्त्र श्रुति गीता ॥ ४॥
The 24 letters of your mantra (Gayatri Mantra) are the most sacred (Gayatri Mantra is considered to be the most important and fruitful mantra of the Vedas). The knowledge of all the Vedas, scriptures, Shrutis and Gita is contained in these twenty-four letters.
आपके मंत्र (गायत्री मंत्र) के २४ अक्षर सबसे पवित्र हैं (वेदों का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण व फलदायी मंत्र गायत्री मंत्र को ही माना जाता है) । इन चौबीस अक्षरों में सभी वेद शास्त्र श्रुतियों व गीता का ज्ञान समाया हुआ है ।

शाश्वत सतोगुणी सतरूपा । सत्य सनातन सुधा अनूपा ॥ ५॥
You are always the embodiment of the Sattvic Truth. You are always the unique nectar of Truth.
आप सदा से सतोगुणी सत्य का रुप हैं । आप हमेशा से सत्य का अनूठा अमृत हैं ।
