शीत्कृत्य पीत्वा वक्त्रेण नासानालैर्विरेचयेत् । एवमभ्यासयोगेन कामदेवसमो भवेत्॥१-६०॥

While making a hissing sound, drink the water through the mouth and expel it through both the nostrils. This process is called Sheetakram Kapalbhati. By practicing this, the yogi's body becomes extremely beautiful like Kamadeva.
