'This glorious mindborn sage Pulastya's son is the famous Vishrava who, in glory and splendour was equal to Prajapatis. [5-23-7]

pulastyasya tu tejasvI maharSirmAnasaH sutaH | nAmnA sa vizravA nAma prajApatisamaprabhaH || 5-23-7
