While the descendants of Kakustha (Rama, Lakshmana, Bharata and Shatrughna) held the elegant hands (of Seeta, Urmila, Mandavi, and Shrutakirti) there was a heavy rain of bright flowers from the sky. [1-73-37]
While the bridal ceremony of the foremost of Raghus was on, ambience was filled with the drumbeats of divine drums and with vocal and instrumental music and promenades of apsara-s danced, and even the gandharva-s sang tunefully, It was an amazing view. [1-73-38]
While the celebration resounded with the wind instruments, on circumabulating the ritual-fire thrice, those great resplendent brothers married their wives . [1-73-39]
Thereafter the descendants of Raghu along with their wives departed for their tents. On seeing them ( feasted his eyes on sons and daughter-in-laws ), the king ( Dasharatha ) also accompanied them with hosts of rishis and relatives. [1-73-40]
