1. 31

Those who eat the remnants of the sacrifice (yagya), which are like nectar, go to the eternal Brahman. This world is not for the man who does not perform sacrifice(yagya); how then can he have the other, O Kurushrestha Arjuna?

  2. 32

Thus many forms of sacrifices are known from the Vedas; as means of reaching Brahman (individual self in its own nature). Know them all to be born of action. Knowing thus, you will become liberated.

  3. 33

Superior is wisdom-sacrifice to the sacrifice with objects, O Parantapa (scorcher of the foes). All actions in their entirely, O Arjuna, culminate in knowledge.

  4. 34

Know this by prostration, questioning and by selfless service. The wise, who have realised the eternal truth, will instruct you in knowledge.

  5. 35

Knowing which, O Arjuna, you will not fall again into delusion in this way - by that knowledge you will see all beings without exception in your-self and then in Me.
